Warranty Terms And Conditions

Scope of Warranty: This warranty is limited to the original purchaser (“Customer”) and covers defects in materials and workmanship for products sold by QP Automation.

Warranty Period: The warranty period is one year from the date of shipment. Any claims must be made within this period.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Products that have not been installed or operated in accordance with the user manual
  • Damage caused by natural disasters or acts of God

Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, the Customer must:

  • Contact QP Automation Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return the defective product to QP Automation, with shipping costs prepaid by the Customer
  • Provide proof of purchase and any other information requested by QP Automation

Remedies: Upon verification of the defect, QP Automation will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished item
  • Issue a credit or refund for the purchase price

Limitation of Liability: QP Automation’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. QP Automation shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Governing Law: This warranty is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was purchased.
